These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, control panel and domain-related services (the "Services") provided by DomaiNPro OÜ (registry code 17533284), trading as DomainEvo ("DomainEvo", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
DomainEvo offers domain name registration, renewal, transfer and management, DNS configuration, WHOIS privacy and domain brokerage across .eu and other supported extensions. Registration and management of each domain are additionally subject to the policies of the relevant registry and registrar and, where applicable, ICANN policies.
For .eu domain names and their variants .ею and .ευ, registrations are governed by EURid's Terms and Conditions and Registration Policy. These are made available to you and must be accepted before a .eu registration is submitted. You can review them here: EURid Terms and Conditions & .eu domain rules (PDF). By registering a .eu domain through DomainEvo you agree to be bound by EURid's Terms and Conditions.
Registration and management of .fr domain names are subject to the AFNIC Naming Policy, the applicable French legal and regulatory framework, and any other rules or procedures published by AFNIC from time to time. By requesting the registration or management of a .fr domain name through DomainEvo, the Registrant confirms that they meet the applicable eligibility requirements, will provide complete, accurate and up-to-date registration information, and agree to comply with all applicable AFNIC rules throughout the registration period. DomainEvo may request documentation necessary to verify the Registrant's identity, eligibility or registration data and may refuse, suspend or cancel a registration where required by AFNIC, applicable law or the relevant registry policies. Registrants are solely responsible for ensuring that the requested domain name and its use do not infringe the rights of third parties. The current AFNIC Naming Policy is available at: afnic.fr — Naming policies.
You must be able to enter into a binding contract and must provide accurate, current and complete registrant information. Certain extensions (including .eu) impose eligibility requirements; you are responsible for meeting them. Inaccurate or incomplete data may lead to suspension or cancellation by the registry or registrar.
Prices are displayed in euro (EUR) and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are due in advance. Promotional first-term prices may differ from renewal prices, which are shown before purchase or renewal.
Domains are registered for the term selected at checkout. Where auto-renewal is enabled, we will attempt to renew the domain before expiry using your payment method and will send advance notices. You remain responsible for ensuring timely renewal; expired domains may enter redemption or be released by the registry.
Inbound and outbound transfers follow the applicable registry transfer rules. We may apply standard transfer locks (for example, after a new registration or recent transfer) as required by registry policy.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing purposes, including phishing, malware distribution, spam, or violation of third-party intellectual-property rights. We may suspend or terminate Services that breach this clause or applicable law or registry policy. To report abuse involving a domain registered through DomainEvo, see our Abuse contact.
The Registrant is responsible for ensuring that all registration information is complete, accurate and kept up to date, and that the registration and use of the domain name comply with applicable laws, registry policies and do not infringe the rights of any third party. The Registrant agrees to provide any information or documentation reasonably requested by DomainEvo to verify registration data or eligibility. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the refusal, suspension or cancellation of the domain name where required by applicable law or registry policies.
You may cancel your account or stop using the Services at any time, and you may disable auto-renewal for a domain from your client area or by contacting support before the renewal date. Cancelling or deleting a domain does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers and restoration/redemption requests are, by their nature, submitted to the relevant registry immediately and are non-refundable once the corresponding request has been placed with the registry, because the associated registry fees are incurred at that point and cannot be recovered. This also applies where a domain is subsequently suspended, cancelled or deleted due to a breach of these Terms, of registry policies or of applicable law.
Because domain registration is a service that begins immediately at your request and is tailored to the specific domain name you choose, you acknowledge and agree — to the extent permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national law — that any statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the registration or renewal has been carried out. Where a right of withdrawal does apply to a Service that has not yet been performed, you may exercise it by contacting info@domain-evo.com.
Refunds may nevertheless be granted, at DomainEvo's discretion or where required by law, in cases such as a duplicate or incorrect charge, an order that could not be completed and for which no registry fee was incurred, or a documented service failure attributable to DomainEvo. Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method. To request a cancellation or refund, contact info@domain-evo.com.
We may suspend or terminate the Services in case of non-payment, breach of these Terms, registry/registrar instruction, legal requirement, or risk to the security or integrity of our systems. You may stop using the Services at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomaiNPro OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia.
